Back in the day

Sunday my mom, sister and I went thru a bunch of old photos. It was pretty funny to see some of the pics from "back in the day" but it was also pretty sad to see them as I am at my heaviest I have ever been and it just brought it home even closer. The photos did give me a little more motivation to change the way I eat, exercise and live my life as I don't want to be like this anymore.
